I am pretty sure it is 12-months or 10k miles, which ever comes first. Motor oil do need to be changed even when not driven on the time interval. It been over an year since the purchased of the car with oil that came with the car out of the factory. So when we requested oil change, we expected oil change. We don't expect service advisor to go ahead and perform only the tire rotation WITHOUT confirm with us in advance. There was an option to request for complimentary car wash which also wasn't performed NOR informed. I am pretty sure it is basic common courtesy for the service advisor to advice IN ADVANCE of what he going to do on the car (when it deviated from the request). The worst part of the whole experience is skipping us when we arrived before 6:30AM for the 6:30AM, and then tell us that we arrived at 6:30AM. Even if we did arrived at 6:30AM, it is obvious we arrived before the car after us, no reason to just skip us and then question our integrity and honesty.
