Had my car serviced at Fremont Toyota, and I noticed one of my tires is missing a bolt. Called in was advised nothing they can do i should wait till they are less busy to bring my car back. I would have given a negative starS if there is such option. My appointment was at 6:30AM, first slot of the day. I arrived before 6:30AM, but service advisor chose to skip me and service cars behin option. My appointment was at 6:30AM, first slot of the day. I arrived before 6:30AM, but service advisor chose to skip me and service cars behind me. When asked, advisor told me I didn't arrived until 6:30AM. Whether I did or not, I still arrived on time. For someone whose cars are behind me, it is obvious they arrived after me. Even if they have same 6:30AM appointment, they should STILL BE after me. My appointment was for the complimentary oil change and car wash. Service advisor refused to provide oil change and will only perform tire rotation. Obviously, no complimentary car wash were made to the car. Service advisor was totally unprofessional, disrespectful, and irresponsible. If you like to be mistreated, this is the dealership for you. If you like to get the services you asked/requested for and promptly, highly recommend you look else where since you ain't going to find it here. More
