As per covid cleanliness , service rep just handed me his pen that was not sanitized. Also a customer sitting in waiting area was not wearing a a mask and not one Toyota employee said anything to him. Also n pen that was not sanitized. The service advisor had a bad attitude to begin with, wasn't nice at all. He didn't let me know how my car was doing, if everything was ok etc. They didn't wash my car.
