1. My vehicle #1 performs ok after oil change. Did not get a curtesy car wash. 2. My vehicle #2 is ok after oil change. Didn't experience anything wrong. It just took over 2 hours to do an oil change whe get a curtesy car wash. 2. My vehicle #2 is ok after oil change. Didn't experience anything wrong. It just took over 2 hours to do an oil change when the business was slow (The service adviser told me they are slow). Funny thing is that the service adviser (Philip) called me (don't understand why he called me instead of coming over to the guest rest area where I was waiting and he knew I was there)and said the car is ready after around 1 hour and 30 min(which is what he promised it'll be done between 1 to 1 and a half.) When I came over to his office. It's not really ready. I was told to wait for just another 5 to 10 min. And I waited for another 30 to 40 min. And I was told the service people had a temporary shutdown. So in general, it was an odd experience. This is why I give 3 stars. I normally give 5 stars. More

Came in for oil change and rotate (free with previous tire purchase). Marked rear driver side wheel prior to service. When advised it was completed marked wheel was in same position. Technician "Setta" c tire purchase). Marked rear driver side wheel prior to service. When advised it was completed marked wheel was in same position. Technician "Setta" claimed he rotated tires but would rotate driver side "if I wanted". Can't trust technician with that kind of attitude. More
