My experience, as always with Toyota Fremont, was nothing short than excellent! Excellent organization when you arrive and check-in, they have a listing with your name, then they immediately take care of you short than excellent! Excellent organization when you arrive and check-in, they have a listing with your name, then they immediately take care of you, bringing someone in charge and skilled ( that makes a BIG difference ) , they answered my questions really well, and then i went to the lounge while they were fixing my tire. And you know what?? I am not treated differently because i am a big customer, not at all! Because all that i needed was a patch for my tire, the cost was $35!!! Whatever small or big service you need, you will be treated with attention, respect and professionalism. Hats off Toyota Fremont !! More

The only complaint is I was there for over 4 hours to get my Toyota Care service on the vehicle I lease. This was my last free service and I certainly would not pay for this experience.
