Had reported the flat tire sensor was not working. When I picked up the car, it was not fixed. Call the advisor--was told they need to diagnose the issue again. He did not seem to care. Sara and team was very helpful. Everyone was on time and I was quickly attended to. I had a complaint of a noise and the tech rode with me to see if he could hear it as well which he did.
