Excellent service from start to finish I received a reminder call to schedule an oil change for my vehicle. The person was cordial and scheduled me for next week. The day before my appoin I received a reminder call to schedule an oil change for my vehicle. The person was cordial and scheduled me for next week. The day before my appointment, a person called to remind me of my appointment. I asked if I can bring the car in at 11am instead of 1pm. The reply was yes. I brought my vehicle in at 11:00. I was greeted warmly and instructed to wait in my vehicle and a service advisor would talk to me. I waited a few minutes and the service advisor was friendly and asked what I needed. My oil change was completed in less than an hour. Everybody I met that day treated me as would treat them: with respect and honesty. More

Customer service with knowledge... and compassion! I have a 2019 Prius. It has not needed service for anything other than regular maintenance. However, I had an intermittent problem with my navigation system. Of course, when I was at the dealership, I could not replicate the problem! This did not matter. I explained the problem to Pat O'Brien, the service guru, He listened to me and said that he would talk with the technician. It was obvious, too, that Pat had a lot of respect for the tech's knowledge. I like that! In any event, the solution to the problem was found..... Within 90 minutes, I was out the door! Thanks! More

Its a misleading question. The service is average. Will i go out convincing people to try your service center?no. Will i discourage them? No. Service wise,Ive had worse and ive had better. No other customer was there, its time for me to pick up my car, 3 people where on a desk on my right talking, one on my left on his phone. No one asked me what i needed, even after i said excuse me to get their attention. After maybe a minute, i knocked on a glass window to get their attention. They had to finish their conversation until someone attended to my inquiries. But i had worse. I bought my car from this dealership so i prefer getting serviced by them. Mr orozco is ok. Unfortunately when its time for me to pick up my car he's on lunch hence i ended up with the interaction i had described above More
