Last week I came to Fremont Toyota for my 2019 Toyota Corolla sedan Se service. Recently my car is been diagnose with the clunking noise on my left side driver wheels. The person who serviced me was Belal. It was busy on that day. When it is busy he still kept an positive attitude and professionally he solved my car clunking noise problem and told me to leave my car overnight. Nobody would ever been this kind of positive attitude when it is very busy and he took his job very very serious. The morning later I picked up my car he gave me a friendly handshake and told me to drive safe on the road as it he was my brother. Really glad to have him as my service manager.! More
