Need better time estimate for service I brought my car in for an oil change while I waited. Time estimate to complete was 60-90 minutes. It actually took two hours. In my previous visits they always completed the work on time or sooner. With a better time to complete estimate I would have spent my time more wisely. More

Need to improve on appointment management This was my 3rd visit for my regular vehicle maintenance. My appointment was for 10:30 am and I had reached few mins early. There were number of cars This was my 3rd visit for my regular vehicle maintenance. My appointment was for 10:30 am and I had reached few mins early. There were number of cars before me so I waited patiently. I was attended in 5 mins to crosscheck my appointment and an advisor was supposedly allocated to me. The allocated advisor didnt show up for 15 mins. In the meantime cars which had come much after me were attended to. Noone came and update me on whats happening. Only when I called attention to one of the attendants, they went in search of the advisor who was supposedly busy with something else. So I was assigned another advisor - Bilal who was very nice and attended me once he finished attending to the customer he had on hand which was another 10 mins. All in all 30 mins wait because the allocated advisor didnt had the curtsy to hand over the appointment to someone else when he couldnt make it. Expected better client handling process and approach. More
