Emergency repair Had a breakdown on 680 (freeway) and was towed to FT. I'm from way out of town. Overall service great- Labor prices gave me a coronary. But since I Had a breakdown on 680 (freeway) and was towed to FT. I'm from way out of town. Overall service great- Labor prices gave me a coronary. But since I had no choice or option I had to pay. My service manger was great & did help a bit and for that I am grateful. But OUCH! That $$ amount truly hurt. More

Semiannual maintenances and recall visit. I brought my 2015 Toyota Corolla for maintenance and Mark Cruz told me it'll take about 3hours to finish. I was afraid to wait for that long due to m I brought my 2015 Toyota Corolla for maintenance and Mark Cruz told me it'll take about 3hours to finish. I was afraid to wait for that long due to my ages, he hired Lyft services to take me home and back to the station with no charges. His services was for the customer's situation specially under this pandemic crises. He took care of my car and myself until I leave the station. More
