AIRBAG RECALL I made an appointment a week earlier on 11-27-2019 and took vehicle back on 12-03-2019 and was told it will take about 3 hours. So I took a mile walk I made an appointment a week earlier on 11-27-2019 and took vehicle back on 12-03-2019 and was told it will take about 3 hours. So I took a mile walk to a breakfast place and as I was ready to order my breakfast I get a call on my cell to tell me that do not have the parts---(JOB)--99991FREE. They told me to pick my vehicle and no further instructions were given at that time. So I googled for another Toyota Dealer and found Auto Nation Toyota in Hayward, CA and called them to see if they have the part and the Girl said yes and made an appointment for 12-04-2019 and I was there at 06:45 AM and the vehicle was checked in and I was advised to leave it for 3 to 4 Hours. As I waited They told me that they do not have the parts and while checking wit Toyota Parts they were advised the FREMONT TOYOTA has already ordered the parts for my Vehicle for which I was not advised the previous day. So I have emailed Toyota Head Office as to this HU-HA and I am still waiting for a Response from Toyota. What a disaster situation when it comes to Safety and if nothing is Solved after Toyota Motors of America I will take the matter up with NHTSA-AMERICA before a Disaster happens to any of my valued PASSENGER SEAT FAMILY MEMBER More
