Pat Brain was really rude person, this was my worst Toyota service experience. I am not sure if he serviced my vehicle or not I will follow up with service team manager to get my documents. When he gav Toyota service experience. I am not sure if he serviced my vehicle or not I will follow up with service team manager to get my documents. When he gave my my vehicle no tag was there and he didn’t complete my documents, I tried to call their manager and was not able to connect and if I didn’t hear back I have to do another visit to check on my documents. I will not recommend him as a service representative. More
I go between dealerships depending on where my job lands me when my service is due. However the 3 times I've gotten service from Fremont Toyota my experience has been superb. engine light came back on just picking up car from service after replacing VSV valve, it was found vacume line unsecured. It's very unprofessional. We came in complaining of a strong fuel smell in our brand new 2021. The service department sent us on our way claiming we just overfilled at the pump (even though it had been weeks since we filled up). brand new 2021. The service department sent us on our way claiming we just overfilled at the pump (even though it had been weeks since we filled up). I drove the car on a road trip and was getting half the normal MPG. I took it to another service center and they found a massive fuel leak and said it was a hazard to drive the car in that condition. I could have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of the service department at Fremont Toyota. Needless to say we will not be going back there. More
