Got a flat tire and I was able to get in right away! I got a flat tire and bent my rim on Tuesday night on the freeway and I was able to get my car in the next morning at 7 AM. Kelly was very helpful and welcoming, even stopped and asked if I was okay. She made me feel like they really cared about not only my car, but me as well. She gave me and estimate and called me as soon as my car was ready later that afternoon. The parts department closes at 6 and I arrived at 6:10 PM after work just to get something I forgot in my car to send off. The gentleman that was there actually let me pay for my services and let me take my car even though they were already closed! I don't remember his name but he was there afterhours and was very helpful. My experience here has been great and everyone was so nice. I have been to about 3 or 4 different Toyota dealerships, just because I drive around a lot, and by far they were the nicest one. More

I arrived without an appointment on a Saturday mid-morning and he told me that it would take a bit longer than had I had an appointment, but to get in line and he'd get back to me soon. I only had to wait 15 minutes, paperwork took another ten, courtesy lift home another ten... and three hours later Micheal called me that my car was ready. Another courtesy ride back to Toyota...another ten minutes to finish off paperwork.. Michael personally went to get my car to check if the window had been done properly...excellent care! I'll most definitely be back! Thank you, Michael! More
