However, what made this experience stand out was the service rep, Kelly, who greeted me so kindly and thanked me for choosing Fremont Toyota. I then had a few odds and ends questions about cars in general, but never knew who to ask. Ms. Kelly knew all the answers. I think car knowledge is part of her DNA!! And, yes, my car was serviced too. More

Fix of 2 recall items - Excellent! Scheduling over phone was easy. Michael, the service associate was quick to provide the details and arranged for pickup and drop off transportation. prius problem kelly was the service mgr handling my prius problem, she was excellent, called lyft to drive me home & picked me up after the car was fixed!! One issue Told service I needed to rent a car they said they would let them know. The rental department knew nothing about my request, they said this is an ongo Told service I needed to rent a car they said they would let them know. The rental department knew nothing about my request, they said this is an ongoing problem with service not forwarding the calls. The Less expensive cars, which I normally get, were not available. They also would not reduce the rental fee. Seems like somebody needs to be retained and the rental downtown needs to care about satisfying the customers. The service On my car was excellent and the staff was great. just this problem with the rental. More
