Some are dismissive and some flat out will not even bother to document our "intermittent" / "hard to reproduce" concerns. Thank you Mark for providing us excellent service. Thanks! More

Great Service I had an early morning appointment (7:15 am) and arrived 5 minutes early. The service entrance was packed with cars but I only waited 1 minute past my appointment time and Steve came out and greeted me, and found out what service I wanted done to the car. We went to his desk area, he completed the paperwork in quick time and got me on my way. I wasn't in a hurry for my car and told him that I could pick it up in the afternoon. I got a call later and went to get my are. Steve was waiting and so was my car. It was an easy process and I will always bring my car to Fremont Toyota for service. More

2002 Camry Mechanics left one small and one medium size tools, plus one hex nut inside the engine compartment at the previous service on October 23, 2018; Invoic Mechanics left one small and one medium size tools, plus one hex nut inside the engine compartment at the previous service on October 23, 2018; Invoice No. 1166995. Fortunately there was no damage to the engine. The service manager Ramiro Orozco was very nice and apologetic for this mistake. More
