Excellent customer service Service advisor (Kelly P) was excellent and accomodating. When I suspected the service was not done ok, they retested for free without appointment. The service staff Pat O'Brien is amazing I hate writing reviews--but not this time. This time I actually asked Fremont Toyota to send me the review request so I can show my appreciations. The I hate writing reviews--but not this time. This time I actually asked Fremont Toyota to send me the review request so I can show my appreciations. The service advisor, Pat O'Brien, was just amazing. I showed up without an appointment for a regular maintenance, and Pat greeted me within 30 seconds with a big smile. He then checked the car's record and came up with three options: good, better, and the best. Instantly, I felt he had my best interest in mind--as ignorant about cars as I was, I was always afraid of being ripped off. I chose the "Good" option, and Pat estimated it could be done within two hours, and it was. Pat's warm personality and his eagerness to help made my day. I can't believe I am saying this, but I am looking forward to being serviced by Fremont Toyota again. More
