Need to implement real-time updates so the customer knows exactly when their service is completed and will get a text message so the can react in a timely manner based on busy schedules. Just a thought. The only reason I go this dealership is because of the Service Manager that I have been dealing with for years now. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has been upfront about the repairs and has created a positive experience. People with demonstrated core values are valuable human capital resources for the organization. More

Prompt, informative, and professional. As this was our first experience with the service center, the entire experience was top notch. When we rolled up, service greeters ask my name, connected with us, kept us informed, and outlined wait times. Service manager came out to greet us, gave us overview of this service appointment, and informed us how much time it would take. Service was completed exactly in the 2 hour time frame discussed. Then, service manager reviewed next appointment, what was involved in next appointment, and scheduled it with us. Car was washed and ready to go and we did not have to wait. In fact, even the service provider who gave us the car after the car wash smiled, greeted us, and wished us a happy day. The experience was awesome. Thank you, John Higginbotham More
Friendly and attentive Brought 2018 Camry in for 10,000 mile service. Ramiro was friendly and efficient in signing me in for service. My problem on the Camry is with the Ent Brought 2018 Camry in for 10,000 mile service. Ramiro was friendly and efficient in signing me in for service. My problem on the Camry is with the Entune suite. I've experienced persistent issues with connectivity and performance particularly with the Scout Navigation. Ramiro brought out Joey, the electronics expert at Fremont Toyota. Joey was very attentive and was able to engage the Entune Suite so now it works. I'm still dissatisfied with the GPS performance and have experienced several GPS errors where the display showing the car icon going in 180 degrees in the wrong direction and leading me to the wrong entrance ramp. I have since heard from an Entune representative but have not yet engaged in a dialog. My kudos to Ramiro and Joey! More
