Half done service I used this dealer because I thought I was building a good repore with them. I guess not. I needed a service that said A1236 on Friday now today Monda I used this dealer because I thought I was building a good repore with them. I guess not. I needed a service that said A1236 on Friday now today Monday I'm getting a service request telling me to check the engine oil. Plus before I left the service checks says balanced and rotated tires which were not done. Tire were not balanced I know because the tire pressure numbers were off. And the could not have been rotated. Leaves me to wonder if anything else was done. More

BLUETOOTH was one of the main options that I was looking for. not sure what else was listed but not there but I will find out as I get to know this car better. Other then that, everyone I dealt with at Friendly Acura were very professional. More
Accommodating I had the benefit of working with a few employees at Friendly Acura and I will say from the Greeter to David in Sales, Bob in Sales, Jesse in Finance I had the benefit of working with a few employees at Friendly Acura and I will say from the Greeter to David in Sales, Bob in Sales, Jesse in Finance and my favorite Conrad the sales manager, it was just a very smooth transition. My pet peeve would be pushy, overbearing sales people and the whole process was very relaxed - they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the process/product. This is my first Acura and only a few miles driven but 10 stars Friendly Acura. More

MDX Hybrid Purchase I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com, which eventually took me to the Friendly Acura website. They replied promptly to my original inquiry. I I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com, which eventually took me to the Friendly Acura website. They replied promptly to my original inquiry. Initially I dealt with Allison Stevens and then Joseph Gil. Both were prompt and professional in all our contact via email, text & phone. We eventually agreed upon all the details and we had a deal. At our closing there were a few minor issues to work out and Conrad Miller assisted. Again everything was handled professionally and to our mutual satisfaction. In summary, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing/leasing an Acura and I would gladly do so again! More
