From the moment I arrived, the service team was professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. The service advisor went above and beyond by helping me file a claim through my tire warranty. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get most of the cost covered and only had to pay for the labor and a very small amount for the new tire. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. All major maintenance and most minor maintenance were handled by same. New car purchase was seamless. No jerking me around with up charges on the hard to get Type S.
