Sadly, it would have cost more than the car was worth to replace. So the time quickly came to start car shopping. Ronnie was wonderful, he explained leasing vs buying to us very well (as I asked him to explain it like I was a child!) Cost was a huge concern, as this was not planned and our "rainy day fund" was not as high as we would have like. Leasing seemed to be the right economical choice. We fell in love with a 2017 Equinox, and it is sitting in our garage right now! Everything was so easy, I never felt pressured. He laughed with me at all my silly concerns, and helped ease them and explained everything completely. I dread car buying, and though it was still a long day, it was the best experience I have ever had. I would send anyone there, and recommend Ronnie a million times over. Erick Kohler, the finance person made everything flow smoothly as well, with no issues and made nothing scar or hard. Nick Johnson in accessories also was wonderful and showed us what choices we had without pressuring us to buy any of them. Just educating us. More
