One of the easiest, non-stressful interactions I've ever had while buying a vehicle. Yes, they ask you about added service plans and car care programs that they offer BUT they don't try the high pressure sa had while buying a vehicle. We had a terrible experience with this dealership- I found out through my insurance company that they had changed my insurance and processed a loan with a high interest rate without my permission for a found out through my insurance company that they had changed my insurance and processed a loan with a high interest rate without my permission for a vehicle that I had not decided on purchasing. We had to file fraud investigations with both the bank and the insurance company to stop the unauthorized sale. The salesman told me I needed to bring in my current truck and title because they had already switched the plates- it was a mess! I eventually went to the Dansville Ram dealer and purchased a new 2026 Ram at 0% interest. The Dansville dealer was perfect and explained every detail to us! More
