Good buying experience I had the pleasure of dealing with Carl Miller during my recent purchase. Amazing customer service! These guys worked so hard to make sure I was happy! I'm not an easy person to please however, but everybody there bends over backwards to ensure you g These guys worked so hard to make sure I was happy! Worth the wait! My parents had bought vehicles from Friendly's for years so when I was in the market to trade in my 2008 Jeep I had them on my list of places to visit My parents had bought vehicles from Friendly's for years so when I was in the market to trade in my 2008 Jeep I had them on my list of places to visit. I went up with no intention of buying a car that day, I really just wanted to look around and get some ideas on trade in values and pricing but by the end I was offered a deal I couldn't refuse! Peggy came out in the lot and let me drive a couple of new jeeps, and as I had expected I fell in love with a 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude (it's bright yellow, what's not to love?). When it came to financing and working out a deal Peggy really had my back and supported me, she listened to what I was looking for and enforced that with the financing team. She has officially been titled "my person" (: The only thing I've noticed while up there with my parents, and up there that day for myself is that they take an outrageous amount of time processing paperwork, so I wouldn't recommend making the trip if you're on a time crunch. But the staff is great and I'm in love with my new car, so it was more than worth the wait! If you're in the market for a new car GO to Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep! More

I previously owned Hondas and had no desire to purchase a Jeep, but Jacob Hammond convinced me to take I had a great experience at Friendly Dodge.... I previously owned Hondas and had no desire to purchase a Jeep, but Jacob Hammond convinced me to take one for a drive. I was surprised and pleased with the Jeep Cherokee Limited I drove. Jacob kept in touch following up with me without "harrassing" me. Jacob is very knowledgeable which helped convince me to buy one. It's early yet, but so far I love it.
