Unfortunately I bought my Ford at another dealer closer to my house and when I called to schedule an appointment as my Sync Screen wasn't working they Unfortunately I bought my Ford at another dealer closer to my house and when I called to schedule an appointment as my Sync Screen wasn't working they told me it was 2 weeks before they could get me in. I called Kathy at Friendly and she was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful! She scheduled me for the next day and even solved a tire issue that I was having.
