Customer for 3 years now I took my car in on Saturday morning for a lube oil and filter. There were a number of things that should be taken care of, and I explained that I could not afford to have the work completed at this time. They numbered the most important things that really need to be taken care of, and told me what can be done at a later time. I never would have found out about this if I had taken my car to Jiffy Lube. More

He mentioned that the body shop worked with the insurance company doing the work so that I didn't need to have any further contact with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs. Then my contact with Paul the body shop estimator was great and smooth to be able to handle all the preliminary estimates over the phone and have them look at my car while it was there for the recall anyway.
