Honest Place To Take Your Ford for Service I have taken my vehicle to Friendly Ford's service department quite a few times. Every person I have encountered has been friendly and are honest. Plenty of places to sit and wait for your car, good showroom selection of vehicles, and a salesman that put up with my rambling. Then to really top it off, my car was shiny and clean, they gave it a towel dry. All in all I highly recommend, I'll be back soon for more service. More

Honest Service Took our Escape in with a squeak that developed in the breaks. It would have been easy for them to say it needed new break pads at a minimum. Instea Took our Escape in with a squeak that developed in the breaks. It would have been easy for them to say it needed new break pads at a minimum. Instead they cleaned and adjusted the breaks and explained the squeak was coming from metal in the pads. JR and crew fixed the problem and saved me a couple hundred dollars. I appreciate the explanation as well as the work. More

Dashboard signals are correct Brought in Escape when other mechanics could not solve engine light signal. Also took care of 2 recalls on my Escape and they returned it in 1 day and even washed my car. 😊 More
