It was a great experience at Friendly Ford I was a little apprehensive since my sales rep of 20 years retired. I was introduced to Mike who was very patient, over the two months it took to revi I was a little apprehensive since my sales rep of 20 years retired. I was introduced to Mike who was very patient, over the two months it took to review what I wanted. I drove the 4 different vehicles I was interested in and finally narrowed it down to the Edge. We then looked at all the rebates and discounts. Mike had me sign up for their tech class, which I attended and learned from. This gave me another $500.00 off the price. I am retired military and he got me to the sight IDme to get a military discount. All together he helped me get $6,500.00 in discount rebates plus, since ordered the vehicle, another $1,400 in discounts by buying specific packages. Mike was very patient and spent a lot of time going over all the new technology that I really was apprehensive about. He went through all the packages and asked me questions to narrow down what I really needed and wanted. I was very happy and it wasn’t as stressful as I feared. At closing we went through all the warranties and there was no pressure and everything explained to my satisfaction. No pressure to get any plans just information to make a decision. I hadn’t purchased a brand new car since the 80’s. Always bout a car that was 1-3 years old. They made it easy, less stressful with no pressure, and always had time to answer my many questions. More
