He immediately setup an appointment to bring my car in, reviewed the issue, repaired the car, and had it back to me in less than 3 days. This same issue wasn't even diagnosed at the local dealer after having the vehicle for over a month. Ryan and his staff took the time to review the repairs, explain what caused the problem, and reassured me that the car was 100% repaired. The overall care and attitude that I received from the staff was above and beyond. I wasn't a previous customer of Friendly Ford, but I am now and would highly recommend them for their service. We knew that we had some major issues that needed repair in the near future and had received some estimates near our home. Friendly Ford not only gave us an honest assessment of the vehicle's needs but gave us an estimate that was hundreds below others. I dropped the vehicle off and they called to alert me of the issues, cost and time estimates. On that 50 minute ride back home I could already tell a huge different after repairs. The car now drives like new and we saved a time of money. Friendly Ford has a great reward program, which puts a percentage of what you paid in an account to use on oil changes and such.
