After looking at the ticket and notes made in the system by all involved I saw that we issued a credit to you in the Amount of $150.00 here at Friendly Ford. The notes from your calling never made mention of any broken hood prop or clips. The Thermostat was $9.57 plus labor. Instead of just offering to refund you the roughly $60.00 we offered you $150.00 in credit. At that time you said that was fair and accepted our offer. The original transaction took place on Jan 13th 2011. The credit still stands. We apologized for the inconvienience and offered to replace the thermostat with a Motorcraft thermostat. Our Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Again your credit still stands to re-coup more than the cost of the labor and parts for the thermostat.
