Above and Beyond in a time of need While driving from Indiana to Missouri my car broke down in the middle of the night just outside Springfield. Turns out it was the alternator. I get my car towed to Honda of Illinois and because it’s so late at night, I had to sleep in my car. Wake up in the morning, walk in to the service center and they get my car in as fast as they could to get looked at. This alone would of been enough, but then after they tell me what’s wrong, the service center guy (I’m horrible at remembering names or else I’d put it down) and Amanda the parts center worker come into the waiting area, hand be a few bucks cash and offer to drive me to get some breakfast, and get me out of the dealership for a bit. And now here I am in Steak ‘n Shake writing this review. It’s just absolutely amazing how above and beyond the team at Honda of Illinois is going to help make what has been a pretty horrible situation, not so bad after all. I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for all of the kindness and professionalism I’ve received from the team today. More

It was too late that day but the next morning I drove it home! No hassle involved, everybody is really friendly and the car is killer. Top notch place. They take care of their customers.
