Smooth and painless as usual It was time for another Honda so of course there was no decision to be made about where to go. I have always been treated like gold at Friendly Honda. James Newton and Dane Dolan treated me like family and had everything ready when I got there. I was in and out in a few minutes. We’re a family of new Honda customers since 1992. Just purchased a 2018 CRV EX-L from Friendly Honda. Ron Alexander (salesperson) was great! Our family has purchased several new Accords and a few new Just purchased a 2018 CRV EX-L from Friendly Honda. Ron Alexander (salesperson) was great! Our family has purchased several new Accords and a few new Civics at Friendly, beginning in 1992, and undoubtedly we will continue to do so in the future. The efforts of the staff are wonderful! I recently had a not so pleasant experience with some of the members of the service department, which is unfortunate. However, thanks to the diligence I recently had a not so pleasant experience with some of the members of the service department, which is unfortunate. However, thanks to the diligence of the team, especially Veronica, I was able to turn a negative into a great positive. Veronica and I spoke in depth about my experience and came up with some new and creative ways to make all future visits more pleasant for everyone. I hate to write any negative reviews but I was very upset but luckily was able to rectify the situation. I will definitely continue to visit Friendly HONDA going forward. Special thanks to Jim, Dan and Taylor in the service department for also making all attempts to keep our relationship with one another. Kudos! More
