He took plenty of time to go over the car with me and picked up that two of the keys had not been reconfigured correctly. This saved me from having to make the 40 minute drive each way again. Took waaaayyyyy too long to purchase Went knowing the vehicle and agreed upon price. Got there and car has lots of undisclosed dings and wasn’t cleaned or prepped for delivery. Good communications from the Service Consultant who called me several times with status, even if it was just to tell me that there has not yet been any progress. I REALLY appreciated this. Thank you. Ultimately they were able to to repair the car, the damage was not as bad as I originally thought, I appreciated their flexibility. More
