Tom Muff is the Guy to See I've owned Honda's since my second car and I've never turned back; I've owned 5 of them now and all of them have been great. The thing that's amazing I've owned Honda's since my second car and I've never turned back; I've owned 5 of them now and all of them have been great. The thing that's amazing though is Tom is the only Honda salesperson I can really remember. He is just the nicest, smoothest, most genuine and helpful Honda salesperson I've ever met. You guys at Friendly really know how to get top notch human beings in your dealership. Never let this guy go. I wish every salesperson could be a Tom Muff. Fantastic, hard-working, friendly staff who will go to the e I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Tom over at Friendly Honda. Tom was with me every step of the way and helped me with all the I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Tom over at Friendly Honda. Tom was with me every step of the way and helped me with all the paper work and was able to get me the car I wanted at a very agreeable Price He also made sure to make himself available to me whenever I had to call with a question or requested confirmation about any part of the process in addition to making sure I was kept updated on the process at each step When I purchased my car from Tom, there were a few challenges to hurdle over. My previous car had completely died and was unsalvageable, so I needed a new car fast, and unfortunately my credit is south of "decent". Despite that, Tom and the team at Friendly Honda had me in on a Sunday for a test drive and paperwork, and I was able to drive away with my car, happy as a clam, on Monday. As a side note, that 180 point inspection on used cars they provide you with is no joke - they even went to far as to change my rear differential fluid! Plus years of oil changes! You could buy a used car somewhere else, but you'll probably regret it, and miss out on the peace of mind that Tom and his crew will give you. More
