I drive from Brooklyn, NY, which is a two hour ride. But i would rather drive 2 hours to get that service then sit in our local deal and be schmoozed to buy a car. They are very honest and i have never been forced to buy a vehicle. I have never received that type of service at any Honda dealership in the Tri-State area. I explained to Tom of my poor credit and usually that would make a sales rep not even care anymore because obviously the sale most likely would not happen. But Tom maintained a extremely professional attitude and even checked a found a Si that was $4000 less in price. Within 1 hour I was committed to purchasing a vehicle. My first car I bought at another dealer was nearly 4 hours to get everything squared away. I am forever grateful and will ALWAYS purchase my vehicle from Friendly Honda and hopefully Tom Muff! Carlos secured us a great deal, as well as the car which was not an easy feat with these cars being new and limited quantities hitting dealerships. We had worked with them, and another Honda dealership. Carlos not only answered all of our questions, but worked hard at getting us to where we needed to be with our payments.
