I explained to Tom of my poor credit and usually that would make a sales rep not even care anymore because obviously the sale most likely would not happen. But Tom maintained a extremely professional attitude and even checked a found a Si that was $4000 less in price. Within 1 hour I was committed to purchasing a vehicle. Great Customer Service My wife and I had started looking at the new HR-V from Honda. Friendly had one available to test drive, where many other dealers did not. We met with Carlos, who was great from start to finish. Carlos secured us a great deal, as well as the car which was not an easy feat with these cars being new and limited quantities hitting dealerships. We had worked with them, and another Honda dealership. Carlos not only answered all of our questions, but worked hard at getting us to where we needed to be with our payments. The whole experience was something you don't typically have these days with customer service. Thank you Carlos, and the entire Friendly Honda team.
