I explained to Tom of my poor credit and usually that would make a sales rep not even care anymore because obviously the sale most likely would not happen. But Tom maintained a extremely professional attitude and even checked a found a Si that was $4000 less in price. Within 1 hour I was committed to purchasing a vehicle.
