I went to five different dealerships looking to buy a new Honda but unfortunately had bad experience with either the sales person being too pushy or price wasn't making sense. Each purchase I make rewards and encourages companies to continue using their selected business model. I seek out companies with traits I respect (such as great customer service) and give them my business i continue using their selected business model. With that in mind, I selected Friendly Honda as my dealership of choice based on their numerous positive reviews. I am not a haggler. I research what I want and decide on a fair price. I expect dealers to make a profit, have happy employees who earn a livable wage and for both parties leave satisfied. That said, I was very content with what I paid. I selected a 2013 CR-V, made the deal over the phone, and faxed in all the necessary documents. I drove down the next day and my car was ready and waiting for me, just as promised. There were no last minute high pressure sales tactics or stalling. I spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership and most of that time was with, Justin showing us the features of the car. I could not have asked for a better experience. I drove five hours to reach Friendly Honda because voting with my money is important to me. Excellent service deserves both recognition and success. The next time I am in the market for new car, if I am living anywhere in NYS and if they are still offering the same great service, I will make the drive to Friendly Honda.
