John was very helpful. I had a nail in my tire and he was able to get me an appointment the next day. This dealership is amazing. My sales person was Julia Harris, very kind, no sales pressure., her technical knowledge was very good. She quickly told me the 12 or 15 differences My sales person was Julia Harris, very kind, no sales pressure., her technical knowledge was very good. She quickly told me the 12 or 15 differences with the 2025 model. She assisted very well in my decision making. Initially I came to buy just a new 2026 KIA Sportage and no trade in because I already had a good offer on my Honda HRV. Julia suggested to trade in my Honda HRV, they gave $800 more than the offer I had. They gave an excellent offer immediately for the new car. Including the test drive I only spend 55 min at the dealership. Also when i picked up the car dealing with finance to pay for the car (I paid cash) was very easy and fast. The car was delivered in perfect condition, nicely polished and very clean from the inside. I can recommend Ken Ganley KIA to everybody, nice new building, very professional people! For sure the best dealership in Florida or should I say in the USA. In my life I have dealt with many dealerships but Ken Ganley KIA is the BEST! More
