Antes de comprar la atencion es excelente. Después el vendedor simplemente dice que el no tiene nada que ver, que es cosa del financista, y el financista dice que es cosa del vendedor. Fidel Alfonso el vendedor me prometió un OTD y al firmar este era mas de 3 mil dolares por encima. El financista Eric me puso una garantia sin preguntar, como acostumbran en todos los dealer. El GAP me habia asegurado Fidel que estaba incluido en el OTD, incluso fue lo que firmé, pero luego lo agregaron aparte. Fidel que trabaja hace mas de 5 años como vendedor de autos, dice que "no sabia", lo cual no creo y ofreció disculpas pero no parecian sinceras. El Manager de Fidel, no se su nombre, sinceramente lo que es atención al cliente no es uno de sus fuertes, practicamente no te deja hablar y te dice que es asi, que si no me gusta puedo ir a otro dealer, y se va y te deja con la palabra en la boca. Los precios en la Web supuestamente tienen un descuento, pero luego te meten el Kia Genley Advantage obligado, aunque no quieras, por lo que el precio real no es publicado.
