From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Alex, my salesperson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Most importantly, he helped me get everything I wanted. The experience ended just as positively with Stan in the finance department. He truly was "the man with the plan." He made the financing process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly without being pushy. What stood out to me the most was the atmosphere throughout the dealership. The employees were smiling, friendly, and you could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. That positive energy made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Ken Ganley Kia of New Port Richey to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
