Bought a 2016 Mustang on 5/1/2017 Jonathan Mascelli (Product Specialist Sales) did a terrific job of taking care of us throughout the trade-in and sales process. He showed us how to use features on the 2016 car we bought that weren't available on the 2012 Mustang we traded in. I would definitely buy another car from Jonathan in the future. All the people we met at Friendship were very cordial and helpful. We drove over from Nashville to buy the car and are very happy we did. 29.4 MPG on the trip back home was very welcome performance from the car. If only the sun had been out so we could have taken the top down on our convertible! More

2012 Ford Escape The folks at Friendship Ford went beyond the call of duty waiting on us. My wife and I had been under the weather a couple of weeks. I arranged an app The folks at Friendship Ford went beyond the call of duty waiting on us. My wife and I had been under the weather a couple of weeks. I arranged an appointment to look at a vehicle Sat. Mar. 18th. Up in the day, the chilly wind got up and I called to cancel the appointment in fear that my wife and I would get a backset on our health. They offered to bring the vehicle in the bay area where it was warm , and we decided to keep the appointment. We got there, and it was toasty warm inside. Immediately we also felt the warmth of the people at Friendship. We looked at the vehicle and test drove it. Mike Chambers(Whitewater) was so patient and answered all our questions without hesitation. We hadn't planned on buying that evening, but the deal was so great, we couldn't pass it up. By 9:00 pm that night, we had purchased the vehicle. Craig was so kind in setting up the financing. Thru the process of buying the vehicle, we found out that they close at 7pm. We felt bad about keeping them over on a Saturday night, but they insisted that was no problem. We were going to come back Mon. and finish the deal, but they took part of their Sat night and saw us thru the purchase. I insisted that they wait until Mon to detail the vehicle and we would come by that evening and pick it up. They were going to do it late Sat., but they agreed to wait until Monday, upon our insistence. The employees at Friendship are very dedicated to their customers. They are like a family there, and now my wife and I feel a part of their family. Monday evening we went and picked up the vehicle. Gerald Jones did the finishing touches with the financing and when we went to get the vehicle, they had it looking like a shinny new penny inside and out. You could have eaten dinner from the engine compartment!!! The inside was like new. It smelled new. We'd also like to thank Katelyn, Kaylee, and Cassidy , who work with the Internet part of the business, for their part in this. Had it not been for them, We probably wouldn't have gone out there Sat, and would have missed out on a nice vehicle. By the way, I had been looking for 2 yrs. and nobody within a 100 mi. radius came even close to the deal I was offered on this vehicle Sat. evening. To the public, if you are in the market for a vehicle, at least stop by and try this dealership, and give them a chance to serve you with their fine hospitality. You have nothing to loose.
