He not only answered all of our questions and demonstrated some of the features of the vehicle, but he also did not pressure us into making a decision. We ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle at which point James took us through the process step by step making sure that we understood everything before proceeding onto the next step. Although the process took longer than what I would have liked, the sales staff made sure that we were comfortable and gave us a gift card to a local restaurant to thank us for being patient and for purchasing a vehicle from them. Don't buy a extended warranty So first off my salesman (forgot his name) and overall the car i purchased was amazing. I purchased the extended warranty plan through GWC warranty, b So first off my salesman (forgot his name) and overall the car i purchased was amazing. I purchased the extended warranty plan through GWC warranty, because my vehicle was higher miles and i just wanted to cover my butt incase of something. Thankfully i never had to use it, again never had to use it! Now that i am in the market for a new vehicle the dealership is refusing to refund my credit union the rest of the retail price of the warranty. The reason being whatever is to get refunded to me will come out of pocket of the F&I Manager, Used Car Manager, and General Sales Manager. This is absolutely unacceptable. My family and I have purchased over 5 vehicles from them in the past and if this doesn't get resolved there will never be another one either. More
