Quick easy and painless Brandon called me at home and we discussed the car and options I was looking for. Over the next couple days I had several colors to choose from and th Brandon called me at home and we discussed the car and options I was looking for. On Friday (December 11) I went into the dealership and thanks to Brandon's hard work,my husband and I were in and out within 2 hours. More than happy with our new car and Friendship Hyundai. Teamwork orientated staff. I knew what I wanted, as I reviewed ratings & prices on-line. I had called in ahead of time for an appointment. I was greeted @ the door, the car wa I knew what I wanted, as I reviewed ratings & prices on-line. I had called in ahead of time for an appointment. I was greeted @ the door, the car was brought up to the door. I inspected for build quality, paint, accessories, etc.. The salesperson answered all my questions. We went for a test ride. I ran a series of test on different roads & conditions. At this point I had a good feeling about the car & dealership, very profesional, & customer orientated. Went back settled on a trade in value. Did the paperwork, paperwork & fees explained to me by accountant. I decided to go with the extended transferable warranty. Met with service manager. The pick up time was left up to me. I called Kevin told him what time would work for me. He had the car cleaned & ready to go when I got there. We went, & filled it up. Did the final walk around, turned in the keys to my truck,& I was on my way. I haven't the 1st 3,000 Mi. service yet, so I can't comment on the service dept. As far as the people I've dealt with in sales & financing excellent experience. No time wasted, no sales pressure. So far I'm very satisfied wth the dealership & the vehicle. More

Not the best experience I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and felt like my experience could have been better. I asked, during negotiations, if Hyundai had a car pay I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and felt like my experience could have been better. I asked, during negotiations, if Hyundai had a car payment delay program like the other dealerships in the area and was told no by 2 different people. I saw a commercial a few days later for Hyundai stating that there was a program and payments could be delayed for 90 days. Also during negotiations, I was told what my car payment would be and it was something completely different when I reached the finance department. The gentleman that worked with us on the sales floor didn't give me very much information on the vehicle I purchased. I had completed some research before coming to the dealership and knew a little bit about what they offered and what was available. I asked more questions about the cars features than I thought I needed to. All in all, I would not refer anyone to this dealership. The car is wonderful. Dealership, not so much! More
