The service advisor was very pleasant. That’s where it ended, we drove over an hour to get there, last time was great, this time was a huge disappointment we needed an oil change and a wat That’s where it ended, we drove over an hour to get there, last time was great, this time was a huge disappointment we needed an oil change and a water leak problem looked at. One service tech was there and he said he couldn’t find the leak. Funny how no water was used where we told them and I’m not positive but it looked like the rear hatch was not open. We were looking to purchase another car, when I go on the web and look I get a lot of phone calls and text messages, however when I was at the dealership nobody would even ask if they could help me. They were all standing around, I’m not going to beg. I will go somewhere that actually cares but Friendship Volvo isn’t worth the time. I’m so disappointed in them and I don’t think we will ever deal with them for service or anything else. Terrible place DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! More

Terrible service department. Rude techs and management, they can't fix a Volvo, keep the car for weeks, saying they are working on the repair, and charge an exorbitant price for Rude techs and management, they can't fix a Volvo, keep the car for weeks, saying they are working on the repair, and charge an exorbitant price for the "repair". As soon as you drive off, you realize they didn't repair anything. The same problem they said they fixed is still happening and they didn't fix it, but they sure charged for the "repair". They did NOTHING. They lied. They were incredibly rude throughout the service process. So rude, that I will NEVER do business with them again. I will take my car to Asheville or Knoxville and any new cars I buy will NOT be from friendship. They act more like enemies than friends. Ick factor (business) off the charts. If negative stars were available, I would give the maximum available NEGATIVE stars. More
