Went in recently to buy a new Ram. I told sales what features I was looking for and they showed me trucks without those features. I came into the dealership looking to buy an EV. Vehicle was not at the dealership, sales man said they will call me when it comes in. Three weeks later it arrived. Never received a call. I came in to look at the car and turns out it has 1 key and no charging cables. They appraised my trade and i was ready to close the deal. I asked for a set of charging cables since it was listed on the advertisement that it came with thr car. They wanted to charge me $900 for cables. Sales man said come back in a week when the price drops and they can honor the deal to offset the chsrging cable. Came back 1 week later and they now want to take 5k off my trade and not honor the new price. Typical bait and switch at this dealership. STAY AWAY! It's amazing now a car dealership is willing to lose a deal over $200 originally. On a side note, I was chatting with another customer at the dealership that was in the financing office. They wanted to add on 4k required add-ons to their deal. Good thing I decided to not give them my business! Once again stay clear of this deaelrship! More
Kyle was very helpful and prompt. I originally called another Jeep dealership (Prosper) to schedule service for a recall. The recall letter states it should take 1 hour. The Prosper dealership said they’d need my Jeep for 2 days. I then called Frisco and spoke to Kyle. He was able to get my Jeep in that day and it only took one hour. Kyle also offered a complimentary exterior wash. This experience will bring me back to this location again. Thank you, Kyle. More

Lack of communication even within service department. In a matter of four days, I was contacted by three different people at least five times. None of my actual questions were answered before my visit to the dealership. Even AFTER being there, I continue to get emails and phone calls from THIS dealership regarding service appointments even after responding to a couple of the previous messages. Even sales called a couple of times when I bought this vehicle AT this dealership back in October. And the four+ hours they had my vehicle didn't even resolve the issue; I have to return next week and leave my car with them to get it taken care of. More
