Completely terrible communication skills. The automated system doesn’t even help. In addition when you try to call in it goes to an answering service that has no clue what is going on nor do The automated system doesn’t even help. In addition when you try to call in it goes to an answering service that has no clue what is going on nor do they know how to get anyone to do a follow up. The service agent, Derrick, was just terrible. I have never in my car owning experience of 30 years ever experienced a worse service interaction. More
