It took almost 2 months to get the work done on my vehicle because of an apparent error in parts being ordered for a fender repair. Over a week before I was able to pick up my car Gaven informed me th vehicle because of an apparent error in parts being ordered for a fender repair. Over a week before I was able to pick up my car Gaven informed me that a hood switch was missing. He said it would be replaced before I picked it up but it was not. Gaven insisted that I must have been brought it in without the switch which could not have been possible. In looking at the area that the switch sits in it was clear that it was freshly removed. Also, without this switch I was not able to charge the car or operate it in battery mode. It took another week to get the switch in and installed. He was also supposed to get the car inspected and that was not done or offered. I did not insist on it as I was not confident it would be done in a timely manner. More
