I made an appointment online for an oil/lube job, arrived and was greeted by my service advisor. He checked me in, I went to the waiting area. Sales has been bumpy. My truck was delivered damaged. We are on attempt three to fix it at paint shop. First and second time I was allowed to borrow a car. This time I was My truck was delivered damaged. We are on attempt three to fix it at paint shop. First and second time I was allowed to borrow a car. This time I was told no. As well as told I can pay my own shop to fix the truck and send them the bill. Which isn't gonna happen as this truck was new and the paint should be fixed by the dealer. Not me. Their Recon guy jack is amazing though. He’s doing all one guy can do to correct this issue. Once you buy the relationship on that side is over. So make sure your vehicle is good before you sign anything. CYA. More
