When I came over I had a 5000.00 on my pickup from CarMax your ads say that you will match or beat any guaranteed offer from any dealer on trade in. I was not expecting any problems the salesman informed me that you were just offering me 1025.00 for my trade in that is right at 20%of The guaranteed offer. I asked the salesman about your statement in the ad. He called whoever the manager was that was there. No explanation for why it couldn't be done just the statement. Hence the use of terms scammers, liars and cheaters.which all accurately describes your company actions. I stand by my comments also, I was generous a 1 star rating to your managers when they actually deserve a 0 star rating due to no explanation. Perhaps it is due to the fact that I am an older white man who is crippled in one foot. Since there was no explanation for the action I could assume this line of thinking of you wish me to.
