First of all my vehicle issues were resolved properly, so I am satisfied with the vehicle service. I just wanted to point couple of things in my review which are solely my experience. For me, both service and overall experience matters as I found the service equally good at other nearby dealerships as well. Credit card surcharge - I don't think I have paid the credit card surcharge at other dealerships and may be this is new. I had a bill of over $1450 and I should have been told before about that. I would have come prepared with cash or other means. No one wants to pay $40 as a credit card charge if there are options and other stores who don't charge that amount. Advisors - My advisor was friendly and tried his best to help. But I think the core knowledge was lacking. I had to call couple of times and also had to intervene during the check out process to fix the tire replacement costs. I am not sure why the system wouldn't take care of the charges properly. I was not charged for my deductible as I was told it was covered under my warranty - which I thought my power train warranty. I had to pay that later. No rental and System issues - I have 2023 Wrangler and they all come up with 3 yrs Jeep Wave. I have max care warranty and they do have first day rental. Advisor checked the system and couldn't arrange for the rental as he couldn't see that in the system. I confirmed with customer service that I do have first day rental even for maintenance items. Shuttle pick up was arranged but I got a call after exactly 2 hours and that was 6.30 PM already so I had to arrange Uber. I hope some the management takes care of this with proper training so that we don't have to fix the calculations or call customer service from the store. Again, service wise I have no problems but to recommend friends it takes a little more than just service. More
