Do not buy a car from here! I bought a Rubicon from them last month and it has been a nightmare. I received a call two weeks after purchasing asking me to come back in because a final inspection was not done. That in itself was a mess when I showed up. Then two weeks after that, my check engine light came on. I took it to a CDJR location closer to me and it is believed that they were just adding coolant to top it off instead of fixing the problem prior to the inspection. I contacted the Frisco location where I bought the vehicle, and it was a joke. I can't even make up what I have gone through with them. They have lied, promised to call me back and did not, and basically did everything they could to avoid the situation at all cost. I would assume this is because they would have to take responsibility for everything. I have asked to speak with the GM Tyler and left voicemails myself. I was told he would call me back and still have not received anything. It is VERY obvious that once we signed the papers, they were out and not willing to even speak with me. I am beyond disgusted with the whole situation. I've had my jeep for a month, only 25,000 miles on it and have hardly driven it. I hope that anyone reading this takes my advice and stays away from this dealership. More

Called to speak to Service and the rep wanted me to tell her everything and then she couldn’t answer my question. Wasted my time and then she claim there was no one in service that I could speak with and her everything and then she couldn’t answer my question.
