Horrible service , extremely disappointed . When I first arrived it took almost 15 minutes for someone to greet me and then three different people said they would take care of me and nobody di When I first arrived it took almost 15 minutes for someone to greet me and then three different people said they would take care of me and nobody did. Eventually someone realized that I had an appointment and then started the paperwork and said a oil chandge and tire rotation would take about an hour and half and that I was #2 in line and would receive a call shortly which I never did so I called and and called and called and eventually I had to call a sales person to walk over and let someone know that I have not been taken care of and need immediate assistance. Eventually I got a text saying my vehicle was ready and come and pick it up. The manager was short with me and said no charge but I never got a work order to see what they actually did if they even did do an oil change. Very unprofessional and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received and it would be very unlikely that I ever do business there again. More
