First time costumer, came in for a radiator replacement. $2500 later, left with a leaky transmission. Had to come back the next day for another $1000 repair. Chris was absolutely the best service rep I have ever come across in my many years of owning Jeeps. My wife and I found ourselves in a dire situation while traveling accross the country this summer.
