They also claimed a bad internet estimate and started the negotiations $1000 higher than the estimate. They resemble the complete stereotypical used car salesmen and I'm sorry I trusted them. More

Terrible service department and was duped by sales. In short, I paid extra for a loaner and maintenance program. This dealer makes you get approval for a loaner. I have a 2023 $75K vehicle with a warranty issue and I need approval for a loaner? Oh yeah, I also need to make a reservation for a rental car and then ask for reimbursement. I need to burn 3 hours of my time after spending for the platinum service? I'm going back to Range Rover and getting real service. Be cautious with this dealership and what they sell you by way of service. They cannot deliver. Not only that, but they did not even address the Autostart issues. Bad. Sadly, just another slime ball car dealership. More
