I arrived to the service area to drop off my car and no one came out of their office to ask me if I had been helped. When I opened someone's door, they told me that they were helping another customer. They one came out of their office to ask me if I had been helped. When I opened someone's door, they told me that they were helping another customer. They didn't even make eye contact. So I waited for about 15 mins and so I decided I would try some else and got the same response. I finally just trying all the office until I found someone that could help me. There needs to be someone greeting customers and then pointed them to an available service agent or let them agent know they have customers waiting. It was very disorganized and frustrating to say the least. Once I finally got someone to help me they were not friendly. In fact all the service agents seemed to be disgruntled or unhappy working there. More
