Turned my truck over to dodge on Dec. 21. Received my truck back incomplete at the beginning of January. . It was missing a part that was not there and they couldn't. Complete 1 of the 5 21. I called much in advance to book this appointment so there was no excuse for the recalls to all be complete at once. There was no follow up with us when the part came in. When we finally called and the part was in we went back. The two worst experiences I have had with auto services in my life are at Frisco Dodge. While I was waiting on my truck another employee Davis Taylor Pham spoke out loud in front of me, a customer, that customers just hurt themselves when giving bad reviews. There was a discussion taking place about the service department being downgraded. I thought that was absolutely absurd. More

I had a radio replaced under warranty. My old radio connection via USB port had navigation on the screen. Now it doesn't have the features I had originally. Others told me to stand by Jeep, he was walking by with others and stopped to check on me, took his own time to show me how to use my 4W drive. He was outstanding and went above and beyond !!!
