I picked up my truck and drove the next few days to Palestine, Tx. I stopped to get a few things and my truck would not start, my cab lights didn't come on. Looked like my battery was dead. I carry a battery boost and proceeded to attach, come to find out that one of my battery cables was plum loose and not making contact, Technician didn't tighten it down properly. Had to hit it with the only tool I had, a flashlight. Miles from the city, and 2-3hrs from Frisco CDJR. Really disappointing. More

I bought the vehicle online all I had to do was sign off, I guess they knew they had the sale already and showed me to my new car and left. They didn’t even bother showing me the ropes to the car, they didn’ I guess they knew they had the sale already and showed me to my new car and left.
